About Ashley:

Ashley is a certified personal trainer and nutrition consultant who has lost twenty pounds. As a former couch potato and inactive as a teenager, she now has made health and fitness a key part of her life and is passionate about helping others get healthy and happy. She considers each positive choice a tiny victory and with each small change over time, great things will happen. During her weight loss period, she lost on average 2.8 pounds per week (.4 pounds per day) with her own cardio and strength training program. That’s 11 pounds lost in 6 weeks. She can help you get similar results. She can empathize with those who feel they have tried everything and are in a rut. Ashley’s method for weight loss clients are total body exercises, combining several different muscle groups for an effective workout and efficient use of time. She is very capable and confident in using limited or no equipment at all.
