RE: What to Expect From Boot Camp?
We've gotten a lot of questions about our New Wave
Fitness "Four Weeks To Freedom" Boot Camp For Women.
The best one was:
"Are you guys going to YELL in my FACE and kick dirt on
me?"
Although that may be the perception when you hear Boot
Camp. It's really not our style.
We believe in getting the best out of our women in a
constructive, supportive manner.
So,
If we're not going to kick dirt and scream then what
should you expect from New Wave Fitness Boot Camp For
Women.
Although I could go on all day, here are six things you
can expect from our Boot Camp.
1. Four Weeks To Freedom: That's all it takes - 28 days
- just four short weeks. And you will never be the same
again.
2. Four Weeks of FUN! Let's face it...if it's not
fun...you don't want to do it. Nobody does. That's the
#1 reason people struggle with their fitness...they're
not having fun doing it! Not anymore.

Drop Dress Sizes Fast!
4. Meet Other Women Like You: One of the really nice
benefits of New Wave Fitness Boot Camp for Women is

them have to say about Boot Camp here.

before your eyes as your metabolism increases so you're
burning fat at ever-increasing speed and efficiency.

Re: What is Discipline?
A few days ago I came across a quote "In Discipline
Lies Freedom". I couldn't stop thinking about those
four words. In fact, it was so meaningful to me I
wanted to share how this applies to fitness and
mastering your mind and body.
Most people begin a fitness program - and three weeks
later they've lost focus. They've either stopped
training - or they're off to the next program that
promises them the forbidden fruit. Forbidden, not
because you can't have it or shouldn't have it - but
because so many people won't ALLOW themselves to have
it.
If you've ever felt that the above sounds like YOU - if
you've ever felt that you're great a beginning things
but lousy at finishing - let me echo a few words ...
YOU NEED TO FINISH WHAT YOU START.
Anyone can begin something. It takes discipline to
finish.
And those who muster the daily discipline to finish
learn that there is tremendous FREEDOM in starting and
sticking with something.
In Discipline Lies Freedom - but why? Discipline gives
you freedom because you are no longer the victim of
every whim, worry or weirdo that comes along. You have
the freedom to get on a path and stay on it without
being side-tracked with distractions.
Ask yourself - have you finished what you've started
with your fitness program? If not, let's get moving
pal.
Perhaps you need a fresh start with the best fitness
professionals on the planet - New Wave Fitness In Home
Fitness Coaching. If so, I'm happy to serve - but I have
one request. Don't just start our program.
Discipline yourself to commit, start and finish our
program. Discipline yourself to follow our proven 5
steps to success program and create the physical and
mental health you deserve. Discipline yourself to go
beyond what you think you can do. Discipline
yourself to become MORE than you are right now.

Re: Are you being fooled?
Why is it when you first start a new diet and exercise
program you run to the scale to see how you're doing
only to find out that you've gained weight.
What's that all about? Are you being fooled? Are you
being scammed?
No, you're not being fooled and you're definitely not
being scammed. One of the most frequent questions that
we get asked by our client's is why am I gaining weight
when I'm sticking to my diet and following my exercise
program?
Not to worry. It's perfectly normal to gain weight when
you start a new diet and exercise program.
Picture this, one woman is 5' tall, weighs 140 and
wears a size 0, the other woman is 5'6" tall, weighs
140 and wears a size 8. How is it that the two women
weigh the same but the shorter woman wears a smaller
size?
Shouldn't she wear a bigger size?
One thing you need to know is that muscle weighs more
than fat. The shorter woman has less body fat;
therefore she weighs more for her height because she
has more muscle.
So, not only does she look smaller she also wears a
smaller size. In order to eliminate fat and replace it
with muscle you need to eat a healthy diet, drinking
plenty of water and incorporate an exercise program
into your daily routine.
So keep in mind that when you first start a new diet
and exercise program don't be alarmed if you gain
weight instead of lose.
There's not just one thing that will guarantee your
success, but a combination of everything that will give
you the results that you're looking for.

Re: How To Increase Energy Fast
Do you ever wonder why some people are full of life -
filled with so much energy while others drag through
the day on empty?
One of the BIGGEST reasons has to do with your goals,
desires and ambitions.
If you have no health and fitness goals - if you wake
up each day and have no idea what you want to
accomplish - your energy level will be low.
You can drink coffee, grab a sugary drink or snack
or take a nap - but your energy will still be low.
On the other hand, if you wake up and you have BIG
goals, big plans and an exciting workout to do - your
energy level will be SKY HIGH.
Your mind is created in such a way that it wants and
needs concrete, specific goals to work toward. And if
you don't give your mind something to work toward, by
default it chooses a path to failure - and you start
moving in that direction.
Low energy is an indicator that you are going the wrong
way.
When you have big goals, you send a positive message
into the universe. In return, the universe will reward
you with more energy to accomplish all of your desires.
When you have no goals or goals that aren't challenging
- there's no need for more energy. You can make it
running on E.
Take some time each day to breathe deeply and recall
previous fitness successes. Doing this helps you begin
to fill your mind with positive thoughts.
You start to feel GREAT and full of life. Then when you
add your goals into the equation, explosions begin to
take place inside your mind.
You come ALIVE - and others around you pick up on this.
You begin to move through your day without resistance -
your fitness success is automatic.
Meanwhile, those without goals go through the day
spinning their wheels over and over all day long - to
the point that spinning their wheels feels normal.
It's not.
