About Personal Trainer Maria:

As a kid I was overweight. It took me until high school to really get myself in shape. I honestly understand not just the physical impacts being overweight can cause, but then mental as well. As soon as I started exercising I could feel a difference in myself and I couldn't wait to help other people. Currently I am NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified and have experience training in a gym, in home training, offering nutritional advice, training all age groups, working with the morbidly obese, and training in pairs. I truly love what I do and cannot wait to get you as enthusiastic about exercising as I am!
