About Josh:

 

I have been actively involved in health and fitness my entire life. Throughout my high school years, I have been involved in sports such as basketball, golf, tennis, track and weight lifting. Participation in these various sports has given me the skills and attributes to pursue my passion in health and fitness.  I have been through every type of training imaginable and I look to incorporate some of those elements in the training of my clients by utilizing cardio and weightlifting into a single workout to burn fat, boost your metabolism and increase lean muscle mass. My philosophy aims to increase the efficiency of your workout by incorporating constant movement and muscle stimulation through circuit workouts, interval training, and cardiovascular workouts as opposed to performing tedious sets and reps typically done in a gym setting. Moreover, I am able to eliminate the hassles of having to go to the gym by doing a challenging, exciting workout in the comfort of your own home by designing a routine to fit your specific wants and needs.  I believe in getting the  most out of your workout in a short amount of time through a variety of different exercises and routines to enable you to stay motivated and reach your particular fitness goal, safely and effectively.
