Jeremy has a well-rounded background in fitness, sports, and healthy lifestyles, and has experience working with clients of all populations with various goals. He has spent time as a youth leader and camp counselor and has also coached and participated in lacrosse, soccer, track & field, baseball, and basketball. Jeremy also has experience with recreational activities, like rock climbing, skateboarding, and in-line skating.
