Jason is originally from Phoenix,
Arizona. An accomplished High School athlete, Jason excelled in football,
baseball and track. Most notable accomplishments include the highly coveted
Phoenix “player of the year” award in football award along with captain of his
team. Jason’s athletic background and passion for weightlifting compelled him
to study Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology at Liberty University in
Lynchburg, Virginia. At Liberty, Jason played Division 1 Football and studied
under Bill Gillespie, a well known Strength and Conditioning Coach that has
worked with professional teams including the Seattle Seahawks. Under Bill’s
tutelage, Jason learned how to train collegiate and professional athletes.
However, strength and conditioning
only represent one side of Jason’s knowledge. He also worked as an assistant
to a Physical Therapist and learned about the other side of the equation:
injuries and post surgery rehabilitation. Jason's previous experience in
Strength and Conditioning and Physical Therapy make him exceptionally
qualified to be a Personal Trainer. Jason’s passion for exercise comes from
his personal success as an athlete. We are so excited to have Jason as
part of our team
