About Personal Trainer Chris Jones:
Chris has always been interested in the health and fitness field and was an
athlete through high school and college, playing Volleyball and Basketball.
During college and beyond, Chris participated in the Martial Arts spending
several years learning and teaching Kung Fu and Taekwondo and achieving high
rankings in both. Chris is now an avid runner, and competes in numerous races
throughout the year. In addition, he enjoys all aspects of weight training.
Chris is constantly increasing his knowledge in the fitness and nutrition field
regarding new techniques to continually give his clients a well-rounded and
unique fitness experience.
