About Rob:


Having a passion for fitness, over the years I have helped numerous individuals reach their fitness goals and create a healthy lifestyle. Being overweight and unhealthy at a young age, I was motivated to make a change and naturally lost over 100 lbs and have kept it off ever since. After deciding to make health and fitness my lifestyle I received my Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from George Mason University and obtained my certification through the NSCA. I have worked with all ages, back grounds and fitness levels and look forward to helping you reach your fitness goals and get you on your way to a healthier you. Together, we will develop a game plan and take your fitness journey together.
