Certification: NSPA Personal trainer , EMT, First Aid, CPR/AED

Trainer Focus : weight loss , Increase cardiovascular endurance, strength and conditioning training, core strength, 
HIIT training.

Bio: 
my passion for triathlons and soccer led me to want to help others reach their full potential and do it having fun, as well as spending the last 6 years as a firefighter which really brought the importance of strength training to be able to perform to the best of my abilities to the forefront of my mind. Incorporating functional fitness and good form is something I use to achieve results injury free. 

Fitness has always been a huge part of my life and I enjoy working with a wide variety of abilities.
