Keep it simple

As you have read, the title of this article is keep it simple. In this day and age of reinventing the wheel, everybody is always trying to figure out and come up with the next big thing. 5 minute abs, 10 minute arms, and so on and so forth. So does this stuff really work? What do you think?

Listen you all, at the end of the day to get results is no different today than it was 10 years ago or 20 years ago or 30 years ago. To get results you're going to need to be consistent, you need to work hard, and it's going to take some time. I like to tell people that they didn't put it on the way over night, so they can expect to take it off overnight. This exercise journey is just that, a journey. It's going to take days, weeks, months, and years strung together.

At many times in your journey, you're going to hit a plateau and begin looking for the next big thing or quick fix. Let me save you some time and money, there is no such thing as a quick fix. If you're hitting a plateau, redesign your plan. If you're losing motivation, figure out why. Like I said earlier, there's no such thing as a reinventing the wheel. It's all about hard work dedication and consistency.

So at the end of the day, if something looks too good to be true it probably is. It drives me crazy when I hear all these commercials on the radio or TV about losing weight in a fast matter. Anything that seems too good to be true like I said it is. Just like back in the day it’s all about consistency, hard work, dedication, willpower, and you know it.

So in closing, just buckle down my friends and enjoy the journey. There will be set backs, pitfalls, you name it, but just keep on pushing forward and you're going to be okay
