like? On that piece of paper you want to outline a nutritional plan that you
would look forward to following. Get the junk out of the house, and get an idea
what you want your caloric intake to be as well as your macros. It's time to get
serious.
Next, what is your fitness plan going to look like? How many days a week are you
going to do cardio, how many days a week are you do weight training? Are you
going to join a gym? Are you going to hire a personal trainer? At the end of the
day, remember consistency and accountability is the key. It's time to get in
motion.
What are your goals? Do you have any short-term goals? Any mid-range goals? And
a long-term goals? Make sure that your goals are specific, realistic, and
attainable. Keep those goals in a log that you plan to keep in the forefront of
your mind and very accessible.

serious it's time to put the excuses away. Stick to your diet, stick to your
exercise plan, and don't worry those clothes will start looking great on you.
